When I first heard I had to do engraving class, I must admit, it was a little daunting. Although initially a little daunting, once you get into the groove doing things, its a lot of fun.

One of the first things I learned when I started engraving is that depending on the material you are engraving, that will depend on the type of tip you will use. In my kit I have up to 30 tips, so you will find a suitable tip to fit the requirements of the material. Its always nice to do a practice run first (see pictures below).

After a little research, here is a list of items that are useful to engrave:

• Computers
